“DEMOBBED" RUSSIANS MOSCOW. July 2. Tlie first demobilised Red Army veterans have begun moving back to homes and collective farms throughout Russia. A special dwelling fund in each town and village has been earmarked for housing them. The veterans returning to collective farms are receiving presents of livestock and everything required to take up their former peace-time life.
