MAX BRAUN DEAD
OPPONENT OF NAZIS (11.30 a.m.) EONDON July 4 The death has occurred in London of Max Braun, aged 52 years, leader of the Saar anti-Nazis when Hitler took over Hie province in 1934. He fled to France and then to Britain. After the collapse of France in 1540 M. Mandel. in one of his last acts as Minister of the Interior, secured him a passage in a British destroyer.
