HEAVY COST INVOLVED (11 a.m.) LONDON. July 2.
There is not a school in London which will not be out of date under the proposed Education Ministry regulations setting out standards lor schools.
This is slated in a report by the London County Council’s general purposes sub-committee. The bringing of accommodation to the new standard will involve a large expenditure over a very long period of years.
