CALL FOR UPRISING
CZECH GOVERNMENT BOHEMIA AND MORAVIA LONDON, April 24. A message from Koscice says that the Czech Government has issued a pro'clamation calling on Czechs living in Bohemia and Moravia to rise and help the liberating armies to destroy the German forces. The Government appealed to everyone to become guerrilla and asked workers to declare a general strike and sabotage machinery.
