WRONGFUL ARREST
CLAIM BY PANGALOS FORMER "DICTATOR (9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. General Pangalos, the former Greek dictator, who has been released by the examining magistrate, went to the Greek Foreign Ministry and asked to see M. Sofianopoulos, who was then in conference. General Pangalos demanded to be informed why he was interned for 2A months, says the Exchange and Telegraph Athens correspondent. He declared that he would bring an action against M. Papandreau for wrongful arrest. A later message stated that M. Pangalos has formally asked for a trial as a collaborationist.
