“BIG THREE” MEET
BLACK SEA VENUE WAR AND PEACE PLANS SERVICE CHIEFS ATTEND (11 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. An official announcement says that President Roosevelt, Marshal Stalin and Mr. Churchill, together with the Foreign Ministers and Chiefs of Staffs of the three nations, are now meeting in the Black Sea area. They are conferring on plans to complete the defeat of Germany and an organisation to ensure the maintenance of world peace.
