TEN-POINT POLICY

WAR AND PEACE ISSUES FRANCO-SOVIET UNIONS (10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 22. A 10-point programme for conducting the war to a successful conclusion and the establishment of a sound permanent peace was approved at the first meeting in Moscow of the newlyestablished Franco-Soviet Trade Union Committee, says the Moscow radio. The points of the programme include the definition of the general attitude regarding sanctions to be applied to Germany and reparations to be exacted, and joint action in carrying into effect international trade union unity and an effort for the creation of new, genuine trade union world organisation. The programme also calls for a definition of the general attitude of trade union representatives sent by their respective countries to the peace conference, particularly regarding future international social and economic organisations.
