CEREMONY IN MOSCOW LENIN’S COMMEMORATION (10 am.) LONDON, Jan. 22. Marshal Stalin was given a great ovation when he appeared last night at a solemn meeting commemorating the 21st anniversary of Lenin’s death in the great hall of the Kremlin Palace in Moscow, reports the Moscow radio. With him on the platform were President Kalinin, M. Molotov, Marshal Voroshilov and other leading Soviet personalities.
