CHILD MURDER CHARGE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 7. The lower court hearing of the joint charge against Nita j Constance Batt, aged 24, married, and Herbert Alfred Adams, aged 42, storeman, that they murdered ■ the female child of Nita Constance Batt at Wellington on October 17 was held yesterday before Mr J L. Stout, S.M. The accused pleaded not guilty and were committed for trial.
