FLYING OFFICER IAN MARSHALL PAGE, formerly of Gisborne, who has been awarded the D.F.M. for “outstanding courage and determination in a number of attacks on various targets." He served with the pioneer squadron of the R.N.Z.A.F. in the Solomons late in 1942 and early in 1943. Before enlisting he was assistant electrical engineer to the Poverty Bay Electric-Power Board.
