ARRIVAL IN MOSCOW

THE FINNISH DELEGATION NAZI EVACUATION MOVE LONDON, Sept 8. The Finnish peace delegation, which arrived in Moscow by air, is now accommodated within easy reach of the Kremlin, says an agency message. The delegation is headed by M. Hackiel, the Prime Minister. It totals four and is accompanied by a technical staff of 10. A member of the Finnish delegation in Moscow stated that the German troops are leaving Finland quietly. He expected and hoped that the evacuation would be concluded by September 15 according to the Russian demand. This presumably refers to southern Finland.
