THE BURSARY SYSTEM (P.A.) WELLINGTON, April. 20. Regulations gazetted last night give effect to the decision announced on March 18,- by the Minister of Education, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, that secondary school bursaries would be avliaable at rion-State schools recognised by tiie University of New Zealand for accrediting purposes. Applications for such bursai-ies at these schools will be received until June I.
