EIGHT SUNK; 15 DAMAGED BATTLESHIP HIT (10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 15. The crew of a Swedish steamer, which was in Gdynia harbour during; the American daylight raid last Saturday, say that a 10.000-ton German "pocket” battleship disappeared after several direct hits, but it is not known whether she sank or slipped out of the harbour.
