MR. CHURCHILL’S POLICY (British Official Wireless.) (10 a.m.) RUGBY, July 16. When the wartime assembly of the Liberal Party opened in London today, a resolution expressing confidence in the Prime Minister’s direction was moved by Captain George Gray, M.P., and seconded by Lady Violet Bonham-Carter. a daughter of a former Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, and was carried with one dissentient.
