TOGETHER IN HOSPITAL

(P.A.) DUNEDIN, July 17. The coincidence of a man arid his wife dying in the sarne hospital on fhe same day occurred in Milton on Thursday. They were Mr., and Mrs. Henry Hand, well-known identities of the district. Mr. Hand, who was 88 years of age, had been in hospital for some time, and' his wife, aged, .72 years, was admitted to the institution as a result of a collapse early this week. Mrs. Hand died' at 5 o clock and her husband shortly before midnight. . . A similar coincidence occurred in Auckland last week. In this case, the death of a man aged 53 was followed by the collapse of his wife, aged 49, who was in poor health. She died a few hours later.
