GAS WAR COMING
BELIEF IN BERLIN MYSTERIOUS FORECAST <lO a.m.) LONDON, April 7. A mysterious forecast by Colonel Dictmar has caused a general belief in Berlin that a gas war is coming this summer, states a report received in Zurich from t'ne German capital. Colonel Dictmar said that after the experiences of the winter battle, Germany will apply means of warfare no longer connected with the production race in weapons and munitions. No concentration of troops would be able to withstand this means of warfare. The vast stretches of Russian territory demanded from Germany the conduct of the war under exceptional; laws. !
