LOADING IN AMERICA • SUPPLIES FOR EUROPE (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. Feb. 2. The first International Red Crossship Caritas will leave Lisbon to-day for America with a guarantee of a safe passage, from all belligerents, according tq a Zurich message. The Caritas will return at the beginning of March loaded with 4000 tons of relief supplies donated by American and other Red Cross organisations for distribution in Europe to prisoners of war and civilian internees of all nationalities.
