Arrangements have been made wito the Post arid Telegraph department for donations to be telephoned wit.iout fee to the nearest telephone exchange where no patriotic committee exists and, in other cases, for subscribers to ring -local' patriotic committees from 7 p.m. to !) p.m.’ in country districts and- from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. jn-the larger centres..
