WARNING TO BRITAIN
I.R.A. SABOTAGE DANGER WATCH IN ULSTER (9.50 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 9 The Evening Standard’s correspondent in Ulster warned Britain to be vigilant against an outbreak of Irish Republican Army sabotage. Following the activities on behalf of six members of the Irish Republican Army who are awaiting execution in Belfast for the murder of a policeman.. all travellers between Dublin and Belfast are being doublechecked. Thousands of workmen, who have gone to England from Eire since the outbreak of the war, are employed in the construction of new airfields, military camps, harbour installations and mines and shipyards. The execution of the six members of the Irish Republican Army has been postponed pending an appeal.
