BERLIN ON THE LIST
R.A.F. BOMBING TARGETS RUMOUR SCOTCHED (10 a.m.) LONDON. June 30. Referring to rumours circulating in Berlin that under a “gentleman’s agreement” neither Berlin nor London will be bombed, the diplomatic correspondent of .the Daily Telegraph point.s out that the present season is the least favourable for carrying out heavy long-range bombing 'because of the short periods of darkness. He adds that Berlin is still on the list.
