COUPONS FOR KILTS
LONDON, March 4. The Board of Trade has announced that under the officers’ clothing coupon scheme 16 coupons will be required for a kilt. No class of coat will be obtainable on this coupon value; a trench coat will require 30 and an overcoat 25.
