BELGIAN KING’S AID PRO-AXIS MINISTRY (10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 29. The New York Times disclosed that private advices from Europe report that the German Foreign Minister, Von Rlbbentrop last Friday invited the Belgian King to constitute a collaborationist Government, with Leon Degrelle, the leader of the Rexist. Party, as Prime Minister. Von Ribbentrop wrote to King Leopold saying that the food situation in Belgium could not be improved without manifestations of Royal co-operation inside the country.
