STRUGGLE FOR LISHUI JAPANESE AMBUSHED (2 p.m.) CHUNGKING, June 26. A Chinese Army communique states that the Chinese are striving desperately to eject the Japanese from the suburbs of Lishui. The Japanese have already claimed that Lishui has been captured. The Chinese have again lost Kinki, and the battle continues to rage in thg vicinity of Kwangfehg, where the Japanese forces which were attempting to cross the Hsin River were arnbushed. Three hundred Japanese wpre drowned.
