SANDERS CUP SAILING
CONTEST UNLIKELY (Per Press Association.) 0 WELLINGTON, this day. It is almost 'certain that there will be no Sanders Cup contest and probably no other inter-provincial yachting contests. Auckland, the holders of the Sanders Cup, have expressed a desire that there should not be a contest. Wellington is known to have a majority favouring the cancellation. Next week's meeting will decide the matter and also discuss the Question of other contests.
