(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. Will Thomas, Timaru, was installed to-day as governor of the fifty-third district of the Rotary International, in succession to Mr. D. A. Ewen, Wellington, at the annual assembly of club presidents and secietaries.
