PRISONER OF WAR?
LEGLESS R.A.F. PILOT (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 14. It is learned in London that information has been received which suggests that Wing-Commander Bader, the legless Royal Air Force pilot, who was recently reported missing, is safe and a prisoner of war. The information is believed to be reliable, and confirmation is being sought.
