BRITAIN & SOVIET OPPOSING HITLERITES AGREEMENT PUBLISHED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Aug. 14. The text has now been published of the agreement between Britain and the Soviet signed by the British Ambassador to Moscow. Sir Stafford Cripps, and the Soviet Foreign Minister, M. Molotov, on July 12, providing for mutual war assistance against the Hitlerite Government and against the conclusion of a separate peace.
