MILITARY CONFERENCE VERSION FROM TOKIO (Reed. Aug. 1, noon.) TOKIO, July 31. The Domei news agency’s Nanking correspondent reports that a Russian and Chinese conference is to be held shortly to discuss joint military operations. Five representatives of Marshal Chiang Kai-Shek left Chungking on July 25 to meet a Russian delegation at Chita. The correspondent said that Chinese Communists would also participate in the discussions.
