FIRE-WATCHING DUTY
COMPULSION IN LONDON (Reed. June 5, 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 4. Fire-watching in the City of Westminster is to be compulsory. Registration is to take place next week of all male British subjects between 18 and 60 years living in Westminster on May 30.
