MEDAL MATCH WINNERS (Herald Correspondent.) A monthly medal match was played on the Waikohu golf links last weekend in ideal conditions, the best cards returned in the women’s section being:— Miss J. Russell, 104-38-66; Mrs. H. O’Connell, 91-21-70; Mrs. R. F. Hutchinson, 86-10-76; Mrs. G. Gregory, 99-23-76; Miss G. Parkinson, 109-38-71; Mrs. A. Moverley, 111-32-79; Mrs. E. Cranswick, 123-38-85; Miss Josephine Scott, 119—31—88. The winner of the men’s section was R. F. Hutchinson, with a net score of 67. In the Stableford bogey match played recently the best score was handed in by Mrs. A. Moverley. A Stableford bogey has been arranged for the coming week-end in conjunction with the first round of the eclectic competition.
