The Minister of Lab.a. anJ National Service, Mr. Ernest Bevin, will shortly carry out the industrial registration of men between 16 and 65 years and women between 16 and 55 in Britain belonging to the following nationalities: Polish, Czechoslovak, French, Netherlands, Norwegian, Polish, Austrian, German and Italian, Exceptions in respect of Allied nationals include diplomats, merchant seamen, and those in fighting or other. armed forces. Exceptions for French nationals include members of the Council of the French Empire, members of General de Gaulle’s civil administration and members of the Free French armed forces. The registration of Allied and French nationals will take place in June.
