BETTER ARMAMENTS STALIN'S STATEMENT (Reed. May 7, noon.) MOSCOW, May 6. M. Stalin, addressing Red Army graduates at the Kremlin, referred to the “profound changes” in the army which, in the light of the experience of modern warfare, had been reorganised and considerably rearmed.
