THAI HIGH COMMAND
DISSOLUTION ORDER (Reed. May G, 11 a.m.) BANGKOK. May 5. With the signing of the peace treaty between France and Thailand some time this week, the Prime Minister of Thailand, Luang Bipul Songgram, has dissolved the Thai High Command, which was formed on the outbreak of border hostilities.
