COMMONS DEBATE
PLANS FOR MINISTERS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, May 4. It is expected that the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, will open the debate in the House of Commons on the war situation this week with an account of his mission in the Middle East, while the Prime Minister, Mr. Winston Churchill is expected to speak at the close of the debate on the second day.
