MEXICAN INTENTION
AXIS POWERS NOTIFIED USING REFUGEE VESSELS (Reed. April 10, 9 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, April 9. The Government of Mexico is notifying Germany and Italy that Mexico ,s seizing their refugee ships in Mexican ports for commercial use.
It is officially explained that the seizure of 12 ships was forced by the disruption of neutral shipping and also the danger of sabotage.
