EXIT FROM CAPITAL reports reach turkey (Rccd. April 9, 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 8. The Turks yesterday confirmed that the Yugoslav Government had left Belgrade. The Berlin radio said the destination was Vranes. A message from Vichy states that France's representative in Yugoslavia has been instructed to follow the Government.
