RUSSIAN INDICATION PACT WITH YUGOSLAVIA (Rccd. April 9, 9 a.rn.) WASHINGTON, April 8. The Secretary cf State, Mr. Cordell Hull, at a press conference yesterday, described the Russian-Yugoslav pact as an encouraging indication of the increasing number cf nations acutely aware of the nature of the movement to conquer peoples by force. The New York Times and other commentators say that Mr. Hull thereby intended to indicate the belief that the Russian policy was changing as a result of the German threat in the Balkans.
