OVERTHROW OF REBELS ARMY’S COUP D’ETAT i Heed. April 9. 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 8. The Regent of Iraq, Abdul Hah, broadcasting from Basra, whither he had fled, called on the people of Iraq to reject rebellious elements which were exposing the country to danger.
