KIA ORA TENNIS CLUB

(Herald Correspondent.) Some very interesting games were witnessed on the Kia Ora Tennis Club’s courts, Bushmere, when a visit was paid by a team from the Titirangi club. The home team played well against their more experienced opponents, but were beaten by 34 sets to 10. Later in the week a return match with (he Te Hapara Tennis Club was played on the Kia Ora club’s courts. These games were more evenly contested, the visitors winning the match by two sets. The final score was: Te Hapara 17 sets, Kia Ora 15.
