SHOT DEAD IN STREET
EX-RUSSIAN OFFICER WAR DEVICES INVENTOR . (Reed. Feb. 25, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 24. M. Michael Borislavsky, aged 55, a former colonel in the Czarist army and an inventor of military devices which the War Department is reported to be studying, was found dead on a sidewalk. He was shot through an eye.
