FAITH IN CHUNGKING FULL VOLUME EXPECTED (Reed. Feb. 22, 10.30 a.m.) CHUNGKING, Feb. 21. The Chinese Foreign Minister. Mr. Wang Chung-Hui, to-day declared that the Russian aid to Chma was expected to continue undiminished. _ He expressed doubts concerning reports that Russia would sign a nonaggression pact with Japan in the near future.
