KOPUAWHARA TENNIS

(Herald Correspondent.) The following players will represent Kopuawhara in the Shortt Cup tennis match against Nuhaka on the Kopuawhara courts:—Men: L. Anderson, H. Taylor, J. Puriri and L. Meha; emergency, H. Robieson. Women: Mrs. Cotter, Mrs. Fairlie, Miss Kerr and Aliss Kireka. In a friendly match with Bartletts during the week-end, the following have been chosen to play for Kopuawhara: —Men: L. Anderson, H. Taylor, J. Puriri, L. Meha, H. Robieson and A. Searle. Women: Mrs. Cotter, Mrs. Fairlie, Miss Ker, Aliss Kireka, Miss Deighton and Mrs. McEnnis. L. Anderson and Mrs. Fairlie, having defeated R. Dalhousie and Miss Kireka in the weekly combined doubles match, continue to hold the club stars.
