WELLINGTON, this day.

A claim for £2OOO general and £272 special damages arising out of a collision between a motor-cycle and a car in Wellington on January 20, was brought by Alyn Higgins against Robert James Cousins in the Supreme Court yesterday before the Chief Justice. Sir Michael Myers, and a jury of 12. The hearing was adjourned until today to enable the jury to visit the scene of the accident.
