ALL BAY WINNERS
MOTOR-CAR ART UNION LUCKY OTOKO RESIDENT All three prizes in the East Coast Provincial Patriotic Council’s major art union, in aid of district rehabilitation funds, were won on Saturday evening by district residents. The draw resuited as under: — First Prize, motor car.—Ticket No. 2061, F. Stanley, Otoko. Second Prize, refrigerator.—Ticket No. 14,905, B. Kemp, Rere. Third Prize, terazzo fireplace.— Ticket No. 7418, E. Lincoln, Huanui station, Tolaga Bay. The draw was made in the presence of a substantial gathering of ticketholders at the Gisborne Borough Council’s chambers and under police supervision. Messrs. W. M. Jenkins, W. Kohn and M. ,1. White represented the East Coast Provincial Patriotic Council and its campaign commiltee, and members of the audience were invited to co-operate in the drawing of the ballot.
