PAPERS SUSPENDED VICHY CABINET ORDER STORY OF LE HAVREWARNING BY LAVAL (El«c. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) • Reed. Nov. 26, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 24. The Times says that 15 French newspapers, including Le Petit Journal and Le Temps were suspended for one to three days for reporting the partial evacuation of Le Havre and the withdrawal of 8000 German troops therefrom as a result of Royal Air Force raids. The Foreign Minister, M. Laval, warned the press that they must make a greater effort to support FrancoGerman collaboration.
