MOROCCO MEETING
FRENCH GENERALS \ NOGUES AND WEYGAND (Reed. Oct. 23, 9 a.m.) LYONS, Oct. 21. The Lyons radio announced that General Nogues, commander of the French forces in Morocco, met General Weygand, Vichy Minister in charge of political and military affairs in Africa, on arrival at Rabat. The generals conferred after the presentation of the Sultan of Morocco.
