DUTCH TRAITORS LONDON, Oct. 20. German officials have now openly stated that traitors in Holland who helped the German invaders have been rewarded for their terachery. One German official, while denying that the N,azis of Holland are to come into power shortly, said that it was only natural that the German Nazi Party should be sympathetic with the Dutch Nazis friendly to the Germans even before the invasion of Holland. The German commissioner, he said, had shown that friendly spirit in recently appointing Dutch Nazis to legal posts and by giving to the Dutch Nazis the appointment of the police chief fit The Hague,
