PATRIOTIC TOURNEY (Ilorald Correspondent.) The funds of the Maori queen commitle benefited substantially from the proceeds of a euchre party held last evening in the Takitimu Hall, Waituhi, the attendance including the greater portion of the Waituhi adult population. and many visitors. Mesdames R. Edwards, and T. Smiler, jun., won the ladies’ prizes and Messrs. Joe Tupara and Mason Haukamau were winners of the gentlemen’s prizes. Among those present were Mesdames. T. Smiler, M. Haukamau, E. Kingi, M. Ruru, G. Tupara, R. Edwards, T. Pere, and K. Waitaiki; Misses J. Smiler, 11. Terekia, R. Pere, ,J Reid. IT. Waitaiki, and Teraipinc T utaki.
