CZECHOSLOVAK ARMY PLEDGE FOR FUTURE (British Offieinl Wireless.) Reed. 11.30 a.m. ' RUGBY. June IG. In a message lo the Czechoslovakian Republic, Mr. Harold Nicolson recalled the confidence and enthusiasm on the day during the last war when the birth of Czechoslovakia, which at one time seemed an impossible dream, became s reality. “In this hour of doubt and suffering I look forward with confidence to the day when once again the Czechs and Slovaks will be restored to liberty, when once again this great republic will become an example to Europe." he said. “I regard if as a pledge of this determination that the Czechoslovak National Committee should have addressed to the Prime Ministers of France and Britain so courageous and encouraging a message, and that the Czechoslovak army once again is fighting by the side of its Allies.”
