PACIFIC AIR SERVICE FIRST FLIGHT FORECAST (Reed. June 17, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, June 14. Mr. Juan Trippe, chairman of PanAmerican Airways Corporation, in a statement to the press, said that they were ready to start the New Zealand airline whenever the Government fixed the date of the first airmail flight. Ho estimated that the inaugural flight would take place in 40 to 60 days, and hence had conferred with President Roosevelt, but he declined to comment on the subject.
